Stories of inspiration:
- Not long ago, one of our students had a terrible accident while hiking with her two dogs in the foothills near her home in West Marin, California. She slipped while climbing over a fallen tree and tumbled down the hill, rupturing a tendon and dislocating and fracturing her ankle. While waiting for the paramedics, she had the presence of mind to practice the Extraordinary Breath, and, as she proudly recounted to us when we visited her in the hospital, by doing the Extraordinary Breath she experienced no pain from the injury and later, took no painkillers post-op.
- Two of our students, while trekking high in the Peruvian Andes, in an exquisite but remote area, came upon a young couple suffering severe altitude sickness. Our students taught them the Three-Part Extraordinary Breath, and the next day watched as the young couple passed them on the trail and finished their climb.
